Lance Feaver has more than 20 years of experience in planning, development and local government.

Through his career in local government and private practice, Lance has reviewed and worked with thousands of planning applications across a wide range of development, including residential, commercial, industrial and rural development, renewable energy and major infrastructure.

His experience includes senior planning and leadership roles within local government, as well as advising private clients, developers and other professionals. This provides a strong understanding of how planning applications are assessed, the issues that influence planning decisions and how those issues can be effectively addressed.

Lance leads Feaver and works directly with clients throughout Ireland.

Our experience ranges from individual residential developments through to major commercial, industrial, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

This breadth of experience provides an understanding of planning from both the applicant and Council perspectives, with a focus on identifying the issues that are likely to matter.

We keep the process straightforward. You will deal directly with Lance, who will review your project or planning issue, identify the important considerations and explain the best way forward.

We work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals and can coordinate additional specialist input where required.

Feaver provides planning services to clients throughout Ireland, with experience across a wide range of locations, development types and planning authorities.
